We're proud to make all Boie products in the USA.
All of our current products are made from an extremely durable material called thermoplastic elastomer. It sounds intense, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.
Boie USA products contain no harmful ingredients. They’re all hypoallergenic and 100% latex and BPA-free.
Our products are super durable and can all be cleaned with soap and water! Just be sure to get in between the bristles and rinse thoroughly.
Yes! The best way to be sure your Boie USA item is being recycled properly is to send it back to us. We know it's an extra step, but we tried to make it as easy as possible. More on that here .

We're excited to say you can find our Face Scrubbers, Body Scrubbers, and Fine Toothbrush in select Urban Outfitters across the United States and online at urbanoutfitters.com. Our Body Scrubbers are sold on Target.com and both the Face and Body Scrubbers are on Anthropologie.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Oceania and Asia.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders of $35 or more in the US.
All online orders originate in Chicago, Illinois.

We'll email you a tracking number once your order is processed.
Orders shipped within the United States are delivered via USPS. International orders are shipped with UPS Mail Innovations, which partners with local parcel delivery services.
Domestic orders typically process in 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Orders sent with priority shipping arrive 1 to 2 days after processing.

We're currently collecting used items for recycling and using them to make our new bathroom Hook!
Yes! When you order our products online, they arrive in a compostable mailer made from a bio-based polymer called PBAT and a plant-based material called PLA. These bags are certified by the leading authorities, meeting global standards for both commercial and domestic compost

We'll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel at any time before your yearly plan is renewed. Email us at help@boieusa.com for assistance.
Our plans are annual and are automatically renewed each year after you sign up.
You will be billed at the time of purchase and your items will be shipped just like our other products. You will then be billed again each year when your subscription renews.

Yes! Our dentist friends have confirmed that our Toothbrushes make great tongue cleaners, especially the Original Toothbrush.
Science time! Positively charged ions in silver are attracted to the negative charges on bacterial membranes. Those positive ions punch holes into the bacteria until the cell is eventually destroyed.

Boie products can last for a very long time so if it works well and isn’t showing signs of wear, keep using it! The average replacement time for the Body Scrubbers is about six months to a year.

Both of our Body Scrubbers offer the same hypoallergenic cleansing; the only difference is how you hold and store them! The Loop has a finger loop on the back to hold and hang, and the Flat has three holes along the edge and sticks to the shower wall. If you have smaller hands, The Loop Body Scrubber may be easier to hold.

You can use any of your favorite shower products. We find liquid washes easiest for our Body and Face Scrubbers.
However you want! If you have a Flat Body Scrubber, use the holes for your fingers or feel free to squish it any which way. The Loop Body Scrubber can be held by the finger loop on its back!

We’re so excited to say that we are now using products collected through our recycling return program to create new things! The Hook is a combination of recycled Boie products and new material called thermoplastic elastomer. Intense name, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.

Easily! We recommend rinsing and patting it dry first, as this helps make it even stickier. Then, just press it to your shower wall, bathroom mirror, or any shiny surface. Hold it for a few seconds and you’re good to go!
