Did not like at all

I *really* wanted to love this! I was excited to convert my entire family to reusable body scrubbers, and avoid the hassle of washcloths that need constant laundering. We already all have the face scrubbers, which work ok. The body scrubber was so awkward. Couldn’t get a reasonable grip on it. It just slid and flopped around. When I wrote to the company about this, they told me they will issue a refund if I mail it back. I’m not that excited to re-package such a small item and make a special trip the post to mail it. Seems super wasteful. In addition, we are in a pandemic so I do favor avoiding crowds.

Wrong delivery

My was incorrect and when I contacted customer service they basically said you got what you got and refuse to answer any questions and it is very difficult to get any sort of response. Some of the worst customer service I have come across.

Never received order

USPS tried to deliver my order in Utah then sent it back to New York where it went back and forth from the distribution center to the post office, back to the distribution center and back to the post office. I live in California. I used amazon pay when I placed my order, so my address was entered correctly. After checking the tracking link daily and waiting almost a month for my order, I decided to email Boie and cancel my order

We recommend you replace your Boie Body and Face Scrubbers every six months.

Our Body and Face Scrubbers are made from an extremely durable thermoplastic elastomer material. It sounds intense, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.

Our products are super durable and can all be cleaned with soap and water! Just be sure to get in between the bristles and rinse thoroughly.

You can recycle your Body Scrubber by sending it back to us so we can use it to make new things! We’re currently incorporating recycled Boie items into our bathroom Hook.
