Cancelling subscription after many years

I’ve been using Boie since their OG toothbrush design and have had a yearly subscription for years. This last order I received I was shocked to see their original head size had shrunk by HALF. And not only that, the quality seems to have gone down and within only a few uses the bristles have started to fray. Really disappointed because I’ve had my toothbrush base for probably 5 years.
