I received a damaged body scrubber and customer service was quick to send a new one. However, the replacement they sent had almost all the same problems which makes me think there is a manufacturing error. I also have been on the hunt for a dark green one to replace the one I purchased in-store a few years ago. Seems like they discontinued this color and have only child-like color offerings and nothing modern. I ended up going somewhere else to get the color I was looking for. Wish they would bring back the original one I have, I love the design. They also need to fix whatever is going on with their blue body scrubbers. Both of mine arrived damaged.
Nice Scrubber
I have been using Boie scrubbers for a few years. They work well and don't fall apart or get mildew on them. My new face scrubber felt a little stiffer than past scrubbers. I'm going to try the body scrubber with the knob next time.
Good company and Customer Service
Love their products and their customer service is top tier. You will get a scrubber that lasts for months and customer service that actually cares, is friendly and understanding and does their job properly and in a timely manner. I was looking to just buy a random scrubber at the family dollar before I found out about boie, I am SO glad I didn't. Locked in customer here.

The two different colors have different firmness. The green is not as flexible and soft as the black one I ordered. Overall the body scrubbers are great and I highly recommend!

I had previously ordered two of the flat scrubbers and have no complaints at all. I just decided to order another one.
All of our skincare products are hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. They are safe for sensitive skin, and those with conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or keratosis pilaris love our Scrubbers. Many customers say our Scrubbers help diminish KP and soothe itchy, dry skin!
We recommend you replace your Boie Body and Face Scrubbers every six months.
Our Body and Face Scrubbers are made from an extremely durable thermoplastic elastomer material. It sounds intense, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.
Our products are super durable and can all be cleaned with soap and water! Just be sure to get in between the bristles and rinse thoroughly.
You can recycle your Body Scrubber by sending it back to us so we can use it to make new things! We’re currently incorporating recycled Boie items into our bathroom Hook.
