How do I use the Scalp Scrubber?

Apply shampoo to wet hair as usual, then gently massage the scalp in circular motions. Rinse clean after each use.

Yes! The Scalp Scrubber is an excellent tool for a stimulating scalp massage or for distributing hair oil and other products. Just be gentle to avoid tangling.

Is the Scalp Scrubber safe for all skin and hair types?

We designed the Scalp Scrubber to be soft and gentle enough for all skin and hair types. However, for very delicate hair or scalps, we recommend testing on a small section first.

What is the Scalp Scrubber made out of?

Like our Body and Face Scrubbers, the Scalp Scrubber is made from an extremely durable antimicrobial thermoplastic elastomer. It sounds intense, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.
How often should I replace my Boie USA Scalp Scrubber?

We recommend replacing your Scalp Scrubber at around six months to a year.

How do I care for my Boie USA Scalp Scrubber?

Our products are super durable and can all be cleaned with soap and water! Just be sure to get in between the bristles and rinse thoroughly before hanging it to air dry.

How can I recycle my Boie USA Scalp Scrubber?

You can recycle your Scalp Scrubber by sending it back to us so we can use it to make new things! We’re currently incorporating recycled Boie items into our bathroom Hook.
