Can I purchase a Boie USA product at a retail location?
You can shop Boie’s Body Scrubbers, Face Scrubbers, and Hook online and in-store at Target!
Do your products contain any harmful ingredients, like latex or BPA?
Boie USA products contain no harmful ingredients. They’re all hypoallergenic and 100% latex and BPA-free.
Do you test your products on animals?
None of our products are ever tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan. We don't use animal by-products, never test on animals, and are cruelty-free.
Why can I no longer purchase the Boie USA Original and Fine Toothbrushes and Replacement Heads?
It was a tough call, but we have discontinued our oral care line to focus on other products. Keep an eye out for new personal care to love!
Recycling
Are your products recyclable?
Yes! We only make products that are 100% recyclable. The best way to be sure your Boie USA item is being recycled properly is to send it back to us. We know it's an extra step, but we tried to make it as easy as possible. More on that here.
Why does Boie have its own recycling program?
Unfortunately, a lot of things we put in the recycling bin become waste, that’s why we decided to implement our own return-and-recycle program. It’s the best way to be sure your Boie products are 100% recycled.
What does Boie do with my old products?
We sanitize the products, freeze them, and then break the material down to be incorporated into our bathroom Hooks! The goal is to increase the percentage of recycled material over time and eventually include all products.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on all US orders of $35 or more.
Where does my Boie USA order ship from?
Online orders are shipped from Kentucky or Nevada.
How can I track my shipment?
We'll email you a tracking number once your order is processed.
I'm excited! When will my order get here?
Domestic orders typically process in 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Orders sent with priority shipping arrive 1 to 2 days after processing.
What is your return policy?
If you're not fully satisfied with our products, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of ordering. See the full policy here.

Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
It’s easy! Simply choose the amount of products you need and at what monthly interval you’d like them delivered. You can choose to receive your items every 3, 4, or 6 months.
How can I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will renew automatically at your chosen monthly interval.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed at the time of purchase and your items will be shipped just like our other products. You will then be billed again when your subscription renews at your chosen interval.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We'll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel or change your subscription at any time before your plan automatically renews and ships. Email us at help@boieusa.com if you need assistance.

What is the Body Scrubber made out of?
Our Body Scrubber and Face Scrubbers are made from an extremely durable material called thermoplastic elastomer. It sounds intense, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.

How do I care for my Boie USA Body Scrubber?
Our products are super durable and can all be cleaned with soap and water! Just be sure to get in between the bristles and rinse thoroughly.
How often do I need to replace my Boie USA Body Scrubber?
We recommend you replace your Boie Body Scrubber and Face Scrubber every six months.
I have sensitive skin, eczema, or keratosis pilaris. Is the Body Scrubber safe for me?
All of our skincare tools are hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. They are safe for sensitive skin or those with conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or keratosis pilaris. Many customers say our Scrubbers help diminish KP and soothe itchy, dry skin.

Does the Face Scrubber help with acne or flakey skin?
The Face Scrubber is antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, and safe for all skin types. Many customers have reported an improvement in their acne, smoothness, and overall appearance and texture.

What is the Hook made out of?
We’re so excited to say that we are now using products collected through our recycling program to create new things! The Hook is made from a durable material called TPE—a combination of recycled Boie products and new material. Each one contains 10-15% recycled material.
How often do I need to replace my Boie USA Hook?
Boie products can last for a very long time so if it works well and isn’t showing signs of wear, keep using it! We recommend replacing if you see any discoloration.
How do I use my Boie Hook?
We recommend rinsing and patting it dry first, as this helps make it even stickier. Then, just press it to your shower wall, bathroom mirror, or any shiny surface. Hold it for a few seconds and you’re good to go!
How do I care for my Boie USA Hook?
All of our products are super durable and can be cleaned with soap and water! Just pat it dry before re-sticking.
How can I recycle my Boie USA Hook?
Your Boie Hook was made with recycled material, and it can be recycled again and again! Due to several factors, a lot of things we put in the recycling bin become waste. So, the best way to be sure your Boie item is processed correctly is to send it back to us.

I have sensitive skin. Are the Body Wash and Lotion safe for me?
Yes! Our skincare products are clinically tested to be mild and safe for sensitive skin. And, they're dermatologist-approved.
Does your skincare line contain any harmful ingredients?
No! Boie’s skincare is paraben, dye, and fragrance-free. All the suds you need, nothing you don’t.
Can I use the Body Wash and Lotion on my face?
Definitely, they're non-comedogenic and gentle enough for your face. Try the Body Wash with our Face Scrubber!
What does pH skin neutral mean?
Our Body Wash and Lotion have a pH similar to your skin’s—about 4.7 - 4.9. This helps keep your skin barrier intact and your microbiome thriving.
Can I recycle these bottles with you?
No need to send these bottles back to us. They can be recycled through your regular municipal recycling and they’re already 30% recycled material!
