    Wanted to love it...

    Well, I wanted to love it, but it was very hard to keep hold of when it was wet and soapy, and the wall hook wouldn't stay attached to my shower wall. Might have been due to the tiling, but never the less, it wouldn't stay. It's now in the trash, unfortunately. Others may find it useful. I Gave it three stars instead of one, because shipping was fast, and I feel the company is legit, and provided the product I paid for.

    Hook

    The hook works great for the face scrubber but not the body scrubber. It is too heavy and it falls of the wall.

    Disappointing Product, Good Service

    The original hook I received was damaged. It was torn and almost gnawed at. When I reached out to customer service, they were super friendly and helpful! They sent me a new hook free of charge and I was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, it does not stick to my shower wall. Multiple times it has fallen down. The only time it can stay up is without the added weight of the scrubber (even then it’s fallen). I’m disappointed because I love the scrubber and was hoping this would be of equal quality but it hasn’t been. I wouldn’t recommend it, but I added the extra star for the excellent customer service!

    We’re so excited to say that we are now using products collected through our recycling return program to create new things! The Hook is a combination of recycled Boie products and new material called thermoplastic elastomer. Intense name, but it’s just a material that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of thermoplastic. The result is super soft, 100% recyclable, and latex and BPA-free.

    Boie products can last for a very long time so if it works well and isn’t showing signs of wear, keep using it!

    Easily! We recommend rinsing and patting it dry first, as this helps make it even stickier. Then, just press it to your shower wall, bathroom mirror, or any shiny surface. Hold it for a few seconds and you’re good to go!

    All of our products are super durable and can be cleaned with soap and water! Just pat it dry before re-sticking.

    Your Boie Hook was made with recycled material, and it can be recycled again and again! Due to several factors, a lot of things we put in the recycling bin become waste. So, the best way to be sure your Boie item is processed correctly is to send it back to us.
